Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage sales operations coordination, ensuring a seamless process.
• prepare sales orders, quotation on ERP software
• maintain and prepare documents as per ISO
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• coordination with the internal team & client for timely order dispatch
• Prepare MIS reports using Excel and ERP systems.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and provide updates to team leader on a regular basis.
• Ensure accurate data entry into CRM software for efficient tracking and reporting.
