Call Support & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly coordinate with clients to address queries, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication.
• Oversee and manage the dispatch of SIMs to couriers or clients, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Track courier movements and maintain detailed, up-to-date records.
• Prepare and share accurate reports on courier activities and performance.
• Maintain a comprehensive database for the onboarding of chargers and couriers.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel features, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with databases and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional email correspondence and client interactions.
• Expertise in drafting and managing email communications effectively.
• High typing speed with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, operations, or client coordination roles.
• Knowledge of courier or delivery tracking systems.
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues proactively.
