Role & responsibilities
• Managing the role of Recruitment Lead for a workforce of 10000+ employee base spreading across entirecountry
• Lead a diligent TA Team of 5, as well as contribute individually in developing recruiting specifications withhiring managers, including facilitation of recruiting strategy, managing data integrity & ensuring candidatecare.
• Manage and oversee the team, including handling both business & consultant reviews, as well as the routinehiring/onboarding/training activities.
• Create, lead and drive candidate centric focus around team members and consultants. Model, monitor andensure best-in-class candidate care throughout the recruitment life cycle
.• Partnering with business leaders and allied HR partners to conduct workforce planning and align recruitingplan for the year, also acting as point of escalation as challenges arise
.• Guiding hiring managers and other key stakeholders on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and marketconditions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for complex as well as senior level hires as per business unit requirements. ReplyForward
