Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Planning recruitment as per manpower requirement of organization.
  • Preparation and updating of Organization Chart for Vacancy Identification
  • Monitoring the entire recruitment cycle for junior, middle and senior level vacancies.
  • Implementation of recruitment & selection process
  • Preparation of advertisement for publishing in newspaper and job portal and sourcing candidates from Naukri Portal, placement agencies / advert. / Internal referral scheme.
  • Short-listing of CVs as per job profile & position as per company norms.
  • Understand manpower requirements and strategize recruiting channels for hiring as per set timelines & Requirement.
  • Coordination of interview, online/ Face to face Interview Planning, personal and technical interview, reference check, negotiation of salary& and issuing offer letter.  
  • Issuing Appointment Letters.
  • Scheduling, preparing, coordinating and managing the induction process.
  • Briefing new recruits on the HR policies, guidelines, Organization structure.

Training & Development


  • Training need identification in coordination with HOD'S for their respective departments and compilation of training needs. Updating Skill Matrix
  • As per the competencies mapping identifying the training needs of employees.
  • Preparing Yearly Training Budget, as per approved budget manage the costs.
  • Preparing Training Calendar, scheduling meeting and finalizing the consultants
  • Coordinating the Training Programs, Other Pre & Post Training Activities.
  • Conducting Training Programs for Internal Trainings with the help of Internal CFT.
  • Analysis of Training activities like Training evaluation, Training effectiveness.
  • Maintaining Documentation of ISO-TS16949
  • Design the Training Program with PPT & Execute.
  • Faced internal & external audits for ISO / TS 16949 certification, OHSAS-18001.

Performance Management


  • Collaborated with Senior Management-Worked closely with senior management to drive performance management initiatives.
  • Designed Training- Developed and conducted performance appraisal training for managers and employees, ensuring understanding and compliance with performance management
  • policies.
  • Guided Goal Setting-Provided guidance on setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) performance goals.
  • Conducted Reviews-Led regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to support employee development. Conducted reviews with reporting authorities and shared results with management.
  • Prepared Reports-Created reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights into organizational performance. Managed monthly and annual performance management processes, including internal documents and PMS reports.
  • Facilitated Communication-Arranged Skip Level Meetings to enhance communication and feedback across all organizational levels. Ensured adherence to management-specified parameters and quality standards.

Welfare Activities


  • Group Personal Accident (GPA) Policy and Mediclaim policy for employee and their family members.
  • Issuing of letter of absenteeism to Insurance Company in case of Personal Accident.
  • Forwarding the required documents to the insurance company for the settlement of the claim.
  • Canteen Management for discipline & Quality of food.
  • Organize Team Building activities, Family Visits, Family Get-togethers etc.
  • Organizing celebration of various festivals like Dasehara, Palakhi etc.
  • Organizing annual medical check-up for employees as per factory standard.
  • Organizing Training programs on Safety Awareness, First aid, & Fire Fighting
  • ESIC coordinator for the organization.

Statutory Compliance and IR


  • Adherence to Statutory compliances as per company requirement.
  • Handling Grievance and Disciplinary issues.
  • Handling payroll related compliance PF, ESIC, Gratuity and LWF.
  • Bonus Calculations & Gratuity Calculations.
  • Keeping records of discussion as minutes of meeting for future discussions and references.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
  • Employee Relations- managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness etc.
  • Processing PF transfers, withdrawals.
  • Ensuring correct deduction of ESIC, PF, LWF and Gratuity.
