Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and universities to source top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and ensuring fair treatment.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Advise management on employee performance, behavior, and compliance issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compensation policies comply with legal standards and remain competitive within the industry.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance review systems.
  • Work with managers to set performance goals, evaluate employee performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Conduct audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Workplace Health and Safety:
  • Oversee workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct training on workplace safety and promote wellness programs.
  • HR Strategy and Policy Development:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals.
  • Draft, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational values and legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee retention and morale.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics:
  • Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights to senior management.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training outcomes, and employee performance.
