We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager - Working Capital to drive customer acquisition, manage credit processes, and ensure seamless disbursal and monitoring of working capital loans. The role requires a deep understanding of KYC norms, financial analysis, credit assessment, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, legal advisors, and clients to ensure compliance and efficiency in loan processing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Due Diligence
- Identify and engage with potential customers to acquire new business.
- Perform KYC verification, due diligence, and market inquiry to assess customer credibility.
- Collect and validate financial data, bank statements, and security details as per internal checklists.
- Credit Assessment & Processing
- Conduct unit and security visits to evaluate risk and ensure compliance.
- Review financials, cash flow, interest servicing, and account churn before initiating loan login.
- Coordinate internally to obtain credit sanction and issue sanction letters within defined timelines.
- Documentation & Compliance - Work with panel advocates and engineers to facilitate property title verification and valuation.
- Ensure accurate execution of legal documents, including MOD (Memorandum of Deposit), ROC filing, and CERSAI registration.
- Loan Disbursal & Account Management - Oversee limit creation in core banking systems and timely disbursal of sanctioned loans.
- Monitor working capital accounts continuously to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with banking norms.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Target Achievement
- Maintain strong relationships with branch teams and internal stakeholders for lead generation and servicing.
- Achieve individual and team targets by ensuring effective customer engagement and portfolio management.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Experience: Prior experience in working capital finance, credit assessment, or relationship management in a bank or financial institution.
- Financial & Credit Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial statements, risk assessment, and loan processing.
- Regulatory & Compliance Understanding: Familiarity with banking regulations, KYC norms, legal documentation, and RBI guidelines.
- Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Ability to analyze financials, assess risks, and negotiate loan terms effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, internal teams, and legal advisors.
- Goal-Oriented Approach: Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet business objectives.
