Job Overview:

- As a Working Capital Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with corporate clients by offering tailored working capital solutions.

- This involves understanding clients' business operations and financial needs, providing strategic advice, and delivering the most suitable products and services that help optimize their working capital cycle.

- You will collaborate with internal teams and drive the execution of financial solutions to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty, while achieving the bank's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all working capital-related queries and solutions.

- Provide regular business reviews and advice on improving clients' working capital cycles, inventory management, receivables, and payables.

Product and Solution Delivery:

- Identify and understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate working capital products and services, such as trade finance, cash management, supply chain finance, and short-term loans.

- Work with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, risk, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of working capital solutions.
