Client Relationship Manager
Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, resolve queries, ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Lead Generation: Implement effective strategies for lead generation and follow-up, identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
4. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and distributors to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of financial markets, financial products and services
- Good communication skills
- Experience in sales, in a calling-oriented environment.
- Adept at building strong relationships with distributors and clients.
- Experience with lead generation.
- Experience of selling premium products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- NISM XA, XB
