- 10 years of minimum experience in Banking / Financial Sector with exposure to handling of Team
- Compliance / Risk / Audit experience will be an added advantage
- Sound understanding of RBI CSITE Inspection Report, Cyber Security processes, CERT-IN Gudelines, knowledge of DPDP Act
Qualifications & Certifications:
- IT Graduates / Post graduates with sound knowledge of Regulatory Compliance in banks/NBFC
- Diploma or degree in IT/Information Security /CISA certification would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment:
- Identify and assess risks related to IT processes and systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and risk management practices.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Audit Planning:
- Develop and execute audit plans, including scope and objectives.
- Prepare audit schedules and manage resources effectively.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze IT systems and data for security vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of controls.
Reporting:
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Present audit results to stakeholders and management.
Collaboration:
- Work with IT teams to remediate identified issues and enhance controls.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., legal, finance) to ensure comprehensive compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices.
- Recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and data protection measures.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify trends or issues.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
