Role & responsibilities


• Managing the role of Recruitment Lead for a workforce of 10000+ employee base spreading across entire

country

• Lead a diligent TA Team of 5, as well as contribute individually in developing recruiting specifications with

hiring managers, including facilitation of recruiting strategy, managing data integrity & ensuring candidate

care.

• Manage and oversee the team, including handling both business & consultant reviews, as well as the routine

hiring/onboarding/training activities.

• Create, lead and drive candidate centric focus around team members and consultants. Model, monitor and

ensure best-in-class candidate care throughout the recruitment life cycle.

• Partnering with business leaders and allied HR partners to conduct workforce planning and align recruiting

plan for the year, also acting as point of escalation as challenges arise.

• Guiding hiring managers and other key stakeholders on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market

conditions.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for complex as well as senior level hires as per business unit requirements.
