Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for sales roles.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, recruitment agencies).
• Collaborate with sales business HR to understand role requirements, target profiles, and business goals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize data and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract the best talent.
• Handle vendor empanelment processes, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding recruitment agencies.
• Domestic Travel to various locations to onboard and manage recruitment agencies effectively.
