Barista

Role & responsibilities

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.

Training Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for new baristas, covering beverage preparation, equipment operation, and customer service skills.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills.
• Assess trainees performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and cleanliness protocols.
