Do you love coffee? Baba's Beans Coffee Bar is on the lookout for a Barista Extraordinaire who can bring passion, creativity, and an endless supply of good vibes to our coffee-loving family.

What Were Looking For:

• Coffee Aficionado: You have a deep understanding of coffee and brewing methods.
• People Person: You’ve got a natural flair for connecting with people.
• Passionate: Your love for coffee is infectious.
• Creative: You bring a dash of creativity to everything you do.
• Energetic: You’re always buzzing with energy and ideas.
• Experienced: You have at least 4 years of barista experience and killer people management skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Coffee Mastery: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and artistry.
• Brew to Perfection: Grind and brew coffee beans to achieve the highest quality and flavor profiles.
• Latte Art: Expertly steam milk to create velvety microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
• Customer Engagement: Take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations with a smile.
• Workspace Wizard: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Equipment Guru: Operate and maintain coffee equipment, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Trendsetter: Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Team Player: Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Coffee Passion: A genuine love for coffee and creating memorable experiences.
• Barista Experience: Proven experience with coffee brewing methods, extraction, and latte art.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in every cup of coffee.
• Multitasking Pro: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
• Flexible: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
