Barista Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee-based beverages and other hot and cold beverages.
• Will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance and calibration of various coffee equipment.
• Maintain stock of all relevant cutlery and crockery required for serving beverages.
• Will be responsible for complete inventory and stock management for beverage section.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.
