Customer Service Executive + Barista

Position: Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOPs.
• Following the defined process of guest service.
• Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store according to the set guidelines.
• Managing product hygiene and expiry.
• Handling product-related complaints as per the defined SOPs.
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records.
• Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliation.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream.
• A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage.

Work Experience Required:

• 1- 4 years of relevant experience required.

Skills Required:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be an expert in coffee making.
• Should be a good team player.
• Should be open to handling additional responsibilities.
