Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget, and to the required standard. Managing suppliers, designers and fit-out contractors.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement, and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule.
Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts, and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand.
Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ, and estimates.
Resolving siter-elated queries.
Managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
5+ years' experience in retail fit-out and a total of 5 years of experience in architecture/interior designing and site supervision.
Must have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in architecture/interior design/ any engineering major) from an accredited university
Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.)
Membership of a professional body.
Must be able to multitask well and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
