Bakery Chef

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for baking and decorating a variety of baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies, candies, chocolates, breads and so on.
• Must be well versed and experienced with different cake decoration techniques.
• Must be experience in eggless baking.
• Contribute ideas to the menu, create new seasonal recipes, and update older recipes
• Order ingredients and supplies for the pastry section
• Monitor stock and take inventory
• Ensure the bakery section adheres to health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
• Conduct promotional events as and when required.
• Interact with customers to understand their taste preferences for customised orders.
