- Azure AD and Office 365 Administration
- Active Directory Administrator
- Virtual Machine Management Basics
- Good Working Knowledge Operating Systems Windows 10 & 11.
- Experience with Ticketing Tools preferred.
- Configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft Office365 accounts.
- Migration exchange to Office 365, Creating and managing shared mailbox, DL.
- Exchange Server, creating Email IDs. Shared Mailboxes and migration Exchange to Office 365.
- Install VPN Client and Troubleshoot VPN related issues.
- Handle daily L1 IT support activities.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
- Resolve user configuration / authentication issues.
- Managing Group Accesses and troubleshooting.
- Managing Network Printers.
- Working Knowledge of Multifactor Authentication Administration.
- Creating and Managing Active Directory Groups Attributes.
- Working experience of employee onboarding and offboarding process.
