Job Description
As the Delivery Head for BMC Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of BMC services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client expectations, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery processes. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of BMC methodologies and practices.
Responsibilities - Project Management : Lead the end-to-end project management process for BMC service engagements, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring alignment between service delivery and client expectations
- Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership to the BMC services delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project staffing and utilization, considering skill sets, availability, and project requirements
- Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that BMC services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and excellence
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success
- Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate the performance of the BMC services delivery team, providing feedback, coaching, and support to drive individual and team excellence
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness
- Financial Management : Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and meet financial targets
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams, providing updates on project status, milestones, and issues
- Education : Bachelor s degree in business management, or a related field. Master s degree or MBA preferred
- BMC Expertise : Deep understanding of BMC methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, with hands-on experience in delivering BMC services across diverse industries and sectors
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve their full potential
- Communication Skills & Strategic Thinking : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. Analytical thinking, Future trends anticipation, and ability to develop innovative solutions to address client needs
- Client Focus : Client-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations
- Project Management Certification : PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Team Player : Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Adaptability : Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and manage change effectively in a rapidly evolving business landscape
