Hiring Tech Support Engineer For Mumbai (Work from office)

Role & responsibilities

Location - Lower Parel,Mumbai

WFO - 6 days

Exp - 6 months to 1 year

NP - Immediate joiner

Technical skills

1. Act as frontline support for internal users if any system goes down.

2. Respond quickly to incoming Tickets assigned to you on ticketing portal.

3. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.

4. Install, configure and upgrade OS and other Business applications on end users systems (Desktops/laptops).

5. Hands on experience & troubleshooting the issues related to MS office application like outlook, excel, word, etc.

6. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of the associates (internal users).

7. Keep inventory of all the assets like Desktop, Laptop, printers, software licenses.

8. Working on compliance reports like Antivirus reports, Windows patching reports, etc.

9. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Networking and servers.

10. Responsible for queries related to the Printers and basic troubleshooting.
