Job Description :

- Oversee all IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to projects,

- Analyze performance metrics and conduct cost analysis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

- Stay updated with the latest IT applications and technologies, and implement them as needed.

- Make key decisions related to IT project delivery, demonstrating strong business acumen and analytical thinking.

- Manage changes and adapt to shifting project requirements and priorities.
