Job Description
Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 1+ yrs
Location: Mumbai ( Onsite)
N.P: Immediate joiner or 15 days
Preferred : Male Candidates only
Technical Skills:
- 1+ yrs of experience in supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, Outlook Configuration.
- Experience in Wifi configuration,Access point & Network Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
Soft Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
