Design and implement comprehensive learning programs, including technical training (e.g., safety, machinery
operation, quality control, etc.), leadership development, soft skills training in fast paced environment
• Responsible for optimizing technology to drive efficiency & effectiveness across learning, performance and
employee engagement.
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development requirements across all levels of the
organization, from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing culture through with continuous assessment and follow through
actions across all levels of the organizations
• Manage the L&D budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality
training programs.
• Develop and implement a robust system to track and report on the impact of training programs, including return
on investment (ROI) analysis.
• Plan & drive Performance development through competency assessment and skill development programmes
• Implement employee engagement initiatives across organisation with specific measurable KPIs
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on L&D , PMS & Engagement initiatives , program
effectiveness, and employee development progress.
• Working closely with stakeholders to drive other business HR projects as a part of annual business growth plan
