Experience: 5+ Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

• Proficient with MS Office tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS forms.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and speed of input.
• Proactive, Collaborative and process driven.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and organizational changes.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Managing training calendar, training assignments and course/curriculum.
• Tracking the learning hours in Excel and Managing Master tracker data in SharePoint.
• Preparing various L&D-related reports & Dashboard.
• Working on assessment/feedback.
• Manage and maintain the companys Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, seminars, and webinars, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with internal and external trainers.
• Support L&D managers and facilitators in the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
• Manage L&D calendars and ensure that training programs are scheduled appropriately to meet employee and organizational needs.
• Tracking participant progress and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
• Resourceful in addressing challenges such as technical or participant engagement issues
