Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of the B2B department, focusing on areas such as account management, communication, negotiation, relationship building, customer service, first line leaders training programs etc.
  • Support sales capability building through various development initiatives. Offer specialised support for business being a learning partner.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct training sessions using a variety of delivery methods and facilitates the session to maximize engagement and learning retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment tools,
  • Coordinate the development of a training calendar in collaboration with internal and external trainers
  • Oversee the administration of LMS, explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
  • Liaise with tech partners to schedule and organize product training sessions for the B2B team.
  • Monitor and maintain records of certifications completed by B2B team members.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on certification progress and compliance.
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain L&D Dashboard for periodic review.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training vendors and educational institutions.

Preferred candidate profile


  • 5-7 years of experience in L&D. Experience of conducting Behavioural and Soft skills training is mandatory
  • Experience of working in B2B is mandatory
  • Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering successful Behavioral and Skill training programs.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming. Effective communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should be a certified behavioral trainer.
  • Experience with LMS and other technology platforms.
  • Should have worked in a business management environment.
  • Excellent command on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to take ownership and multi task.
  • Should be willing to travel across sites within Bangalore and outside
