HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll support, statutory compliance, HR systems management, and engagement activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both transactional and strategic HR tasks and have a strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations & Compliance.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including timely handling of PF & ESIC, labor law notices, and payroll support activities.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, profiles, and necessary documentation in Zoho HRMS.
• Manage medical insurance policies, claims processing, and EMI assistance programs for employees.
• Ensure proper documentation and profile completion for new and existing employees.
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Map calendars and address attendance-related issues for better scheduling and compliance.
• Payroll & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with stakeholders for payroll processing and vendor payments.
• Ensure all necessary details for payroll computation, such as attendance and leave information, are accurate and up-to-date. Employee Engagement & Benefits Administration
• Manage transactional tasks like wedding gift vouchers and product discount for employees.
• Support engagement initiatives, maintaining transparent communication regarding benefits and policies.
• Stakeholder & Sales Team Coordination.
• Act as the point of contact for various internal teams, including sales, ensuring seamless communication and reporting.
• Maintain and update sales team trackers for better performance management.
• HR System & Zoho Management.
• Ensure Zoho HRMS is consistently updated with employee data and reports.
• Conduct audits of the system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on operations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Zoho HRMS and HR compliance tools.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory labor laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in HR systems, especially Zoho.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes.
