About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Team Lead with 6+ years of experience to lead business analysis efforts for eLearning and LMS platform projects.
- This role requires a strong customer-facing approach to ensure clear documentation of scope, quality control, and project success.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in project tracking, sprint management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Analysis & Documentation:
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define project objectives and solutions.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Scope of Work (SOW), Feature Lists, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Track project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage JIRA boards, track sprints, and ensure Agile best practices.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to mitigate project delays.
Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
- Track and analyze quality trends, defects, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage the QA team, oversee test cases, and ensure alignment with project scope.
- Continuously monitor the quality of work items created in projects.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, designers, and technical teams.
- Conduct customer interactions for project tracking, issue resolution, and requirement updates.
- Drive pre-sales activities, assisting in defining project scopes and proposals.
Industry Research & Documentation:
- Develop case studies, white papers, and industry analysis reports.
- Showcase clear ROI analysis in project case studies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role in a service-based company.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in JIRA, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Experience managing LMS and eLearning platform projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and work under aggressive deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with pre-sales activities and client documentation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for eLearning platforms.
- Strong understanding of ROI analysis and market research
