Business Analyst (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

- Conduct exploratory research, data analysis, and Root Cause Analysis to provide actionable recommendations.

- Design, document, and maintain system processes.

- Gather client business information through shadowing, interviews, and surveys.

- Analyze data to identify weaknesses and provide tailored solutions.

- Develop detailed business proposals and present findings with justifications.

- Assist clients in implementing plans and resolving discrepancies.

- Provide guidance on emerging problems and best practices to enhance production quality.

- Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring and deliver greater value to customers.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in process engineering and familiarity with process-related standards.

- Compulsory experience in mapping and GIS technologies (or previous work in similar projects).

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data collection and analysis.

- Proven experience in generating process documentation and eliciting requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
