Roles and Responsibilities:.
- Achievement of Sales Targets as per the Business Plan.
- Lead the Sales team to improve conversions and selling skills.
- Explore avenues for new leads creation and increasing the market presence.
- Quotation/ Loss reports targets to be met monthly.
Roles and Responsibilities:.
- Sales Related - Responsible for Sales lead generation.
- Prepare Sales Budget and submit the same to the Reporting Authority for approval.
- Assign target to the team members and motivate the team to achieve the same.
- Meeting the Architects, Builders and Contractors or Decision making authorities to build strong relationship and bag business for the Company.
- Preparing quotation and getting the orders with optimum profits to our company, which are matching the customer requirement.
- Client Interactions - Meeting with existing clients' for new enquiry generation.
