Senior Business Analyst (5-10 yrs)

Position Title : IT Sr. Business Analyst (Production) - D365 Production / Supply Chain.

Location : Bangalore, India.

Mode of Interview : Technical Interview/HR Interview/Combination.

Number of Positions : 1.

Notice Period : Immediate.

Shift : General.

Working Days : Monday to Friday.

Minimum Experience : 5+ years in a similar ERP role, particularly in production and supply chain management (D365 or Microsoft AX experience preferred).

Preferred Background : Manufacturing/production experience with large BOMs, production orders, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Configuration & Support : Develop an in-depth understanding of D365 F&O setup, with a focus on production orders, BOMs, MRP, and purchasing in a discrete manufacturing environment.

- D365 F&O Rollouts : Participate in the D365 implementation process, ensuring smooth rollout, collaborating with US teams and supporting end users.

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, document system requirements, and create solutions.

- Project Management : Manage small projects, resolve system issues, and ensure efficient problem resolution.

- Training & Support : Develop training materials, user guides, and provide support to end users as they adopt the system.

- Global Standards & Process Streamlining : Document global standards and optimize D365 configurations for repeatability and efficiency.

Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical) :

- Technical Skills : D365 Finance & Operations (Production, Supply Chain, BOM, MRP, Purchasing), SQL (writing and reading queries), Azure DevOps (nice to have).

- Non-Technical Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, project management, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.

- Experience with GAAP, SOX, and SOD (Segregation of Duties) preferred.

Additional Information :

Travel Requirement : 10-30% (domestic travel to- REVITUP's US sites in Ocala, FL, and Decatur, IN).

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
