Job Title : ServiceNow Developer.

Band : B2.

Location : Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore.

Experience Required : 5 to 8 years.

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days joiners only.

Number of Positions : 3.

Note : Team leading experience is not mandatory here since it's a developer role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on the migration of Base to NOW CSM workflow management platform.

- Lead multiple teams technically and ensure smooth project execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements.

- Be the technical point of contact for the team.

- Actively participate in architecture and design discussions.

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends in NOW.

Critical Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and OOPS concepts.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform (scripting, workflows, integrations).

- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL), writing queries and stored procedures.

- Knowledge of F&A business processes and SDLC.

- Experience with Web Services, XML, and integration techniques using APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ members.
