Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear sales goals and performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review team progress, identify challenges, and provide support and guidance.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and potential threats.
- Create and implement action plans to drive sales and ensure the team is aligned with the company's goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and potential customers.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify skill gaps within the sales team and develop training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance and career growth.
- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, close rates, and customer acquisition.
- Implement best practices and continuously optimize sales strategies to increase productivity and performance.
- Ensure that the sales team is using CRM tools effectively and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
