Job Description

We have an opening for the position of Senior Manager - Growth and Marketing for one of our reputed clients in Bangalore, Karnataka. Our client is a subscription-based drinking water solution that began as a response to the unreliable supply of safe drinking water across urban India.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Growth and Retention Lead to drive our customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role will focus on managing referral programs, optimizing website and app conversion rates, identifying and leveraging growth loops throughout the customer journey, and executing multi-channel retention marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and maximizing lifetime value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing

Referrals:


- Own and manage Company's largest singular channel of new acquisitions, i.e. Customer Referrals.

- Develop new segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer data.

- Develop and execute data-driven referral marketing strategies to increase awareness of the Company's referral program and scale up new customer acquisitions.

- Enhance the existing referral programs by conducting A/B tests, optimising referral rewards and developing compelling messaging to maximise impact.

- Collaborate with product, tech, creative and customer support teams to create seamless referral experiences on the app.

- Analyse performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations that lead to improvement in conversion rates throughout the funnel and reduction in referral CAC.

- Asses industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our referral programs innovative and competitive.

Lead Reactivation:


- Develop targeted campaigns to reactivate old leads, employing personalized messaging and strategic offers to re-engage and acquire customers who have previously shown interest.

- New Growth Loops: Identifying more growth loops throughout the customer journey that can drive sustainable growth. Implement strategies to leverage these opportunities for acquisition.

Retention Marketing

- Design and execute a multi-channel personalized communication strategy, including email marketing, in-app messaging, push notifications, WhatsApp and SMS, to improve brand salience, active lead conversions and increase customer referrals and reviews.

- Design and optimize nurturing journeys tailored to different stages of the conversion funnel to improve active lead conversion rates and increase customer referrals & reviews.

- Lead efforts to analyze customer data, behavior, and insights to optimize nurturing journeys and improve conversion rates.

Website & App Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Analyze user behavior on DrinkPrimes website, app and Referral landing pages through heatmaps, user recordings, and funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement in website & app design and functionality.

- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve overall site navigation, enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

- Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of changes

- Monitor and report on lead rates and other conversion metrics regularly, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Pre-requisites

- 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, Product Marketing with minimum 3 years in retention marketing within a consumer-focused industry.

- Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and messaging platforms such as Gupshup, Kaleyra.

- Proven success in developing and implementing effective nurture marketing strategies

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation and data reporting skills.
