Business Analyst (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including understanding their business processes, challenges, and objectives.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.

- Document requirements clearly and concisely in the form of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.

- Propose and evaluate potential solutions, considering factors such as feasibility, cost, and user experience.

- Develop and maintain system documentation.

- Support project managers in scoping, planning, and executing projects.

- Participate in project meetings and workshops.

- Assist in tracking project progress and resolving issues.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Use data to inform business decisions and optimize processes.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and challenges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Generative AI or MS Copilot solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and1 non-technical stakeholders.

- Documentation & Reporting: Proficiency in creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).

- Technical Skills: Understanding of software development methodologies, data analysis techniques, and database concepts.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can be used to improve business outcomes.

- Domain Expertise (Preferred): Experience in the relevant industry.

Mandatory Skills:

- Generative AI or MS Copilot: In-depth knowledge and experience with Generative AI or MS Copilot, including its applications and limitations.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
