Job Overview:

- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying and scoping out customer requirements and preparing proposals and presentations.

- The successful candidate will be an expert in understanding customer business needs and translating them into actionable solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.

- Analyse customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and demos for prospective customers.

- Identify potential roadblocks and risks during the Pre-sales process and work with internal teams to mitigate them.

- Build strong relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales process.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a focus on presales activities.

- Strong understanding of customer business needs and pain points, and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Expertise in data analysis and metrics, and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

- Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos for prospective customers.

- Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Market.

- Experience in the government sector will be a great add-on.
