Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications.

- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Develop recommendations for process enhancements.

- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and develop solutions that address business needs.

- Ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Data Analysis: Analyze business data and metrics to support decision-making.

- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and track performance.

- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and system specifications.

- Testing and Validation: Assist in the development of test plans and scripts.

- Support the testing phase to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

- Change Management: Support change management initiatives by helping to prepare business users for new processes or systems.

- Provide training and support as needed.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

- Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
