IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT incidents and ensuring smooth operations across various systems and plat forms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Incident Management:
• Handle IT incidents through a ticketing system, including hardware, software, printer, scanner, internet, and conference room issues.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

2. Office 365 Management:

• Configure and manage Outlook, including email setup, backup, and restoration.
• Manage OneDrive and SharePoint for efficient file storage and collaboration.

3. Vendor Management:

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process invoices and manage vendor relationships to maintain high service standards.

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and team members.
