Job Description : Lead .NET Developer

Role :

Are you an experienced .NET Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions? We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with at least 5 years of experience to oversee our development projects and guide a team of developers. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical implementations, and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using .NET Core and related technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define and deliver project requirements.

- Oversee the development of RESTful APIs and integrations with front-end components.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and efficient database design.

- Perform code reviews and promote the use of unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies, recommending improvements to tools, processes, and frameworks.

- Drive CI/CD implementation for efficient deployment pipelines and ensure application scalability and performance optimization.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- .NET Core & ASP.NET : Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core for developing scalable web applications.

- Entity Framework / EF Core : Expertise in ORM tools for database interactions and query optimization.

- RESTful API Development : Advanced knowledge of designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs.

- SQL & NoSQL Databases : Proficiency with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (CosmosDB) is a plus.

- Front-End Frameworks : Knowledge of frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

- Mobile Development : Familiarity with Flutter , React Native, or similar frameworks is advantageous.

- Cloud Services : Experience deploying applications on Azure or other cloud platforms is preferred.

- Security : Strong understanding of authentication (e.g., JWT) and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Version Control & CI/CD : Expertise in Git for version control and experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

- Deployment : Experience deploying applications on IIS and/or cloud environments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools is a plus.
