1. TECHNICAL SKILLS

3. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Experience Level: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a system administration role, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead position.

Project Management: Familiarity with IT project planning and implementation (e.g., server migrations, system upgrades, cloud adoption).
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes efficiently.
