Senior Developer - PHP/React.js (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer and Team Lead with expertise in PHP Framework and React JS to lead our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions while leading a team of developers to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software product.

- Provide technical leadership in PHP Framework and React JS development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities.

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications using PHP Framework and React JS.

- Ensure that software projects are completed within timelines, budget, and scope while adhering to quality standards.

- Continuously improve the software development process through the adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback and mentoring to developers, and ensure that code meets quality standards.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development using PHP Framework and React JS.

- Experience leading a team of developers.

- Strong technical skills in PHP Framework and React JS development.

- Experience with other web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best

practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with other PHP Frameworks such as Zend, CodeIgniter, and Laravel.

- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and Vue.js.

- Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
