Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to ensure quotas are being met and strategies are effective.
- Foster a positive, results-driven, and customer-centric sales culture.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase market penetration.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and revise sales goals, pricing models, and sales plans.
Sales Operations:
- Supervise the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the administration of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to determine trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities.
- Ensure all sales team members adhere to compliance standards, company policies, and ethical practices.
Experience:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in sales, supervisory or management role.
- Strong background in insurance sales, including knowledge of policies, products, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
