Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) to join our team.

This role involves a mix of leadership responsibilities and hands-on technical work, requiring expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter), WordPress, and modern frontend technologies like React.js/Next.js.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of JavaScript, and experience with creating highly interactive and engaging web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring efficient task management and timely project delivery.

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using PHP, React.js, and Next.js.

- Implement dynamic and interactive web features with smooth animations and responsive designs.

- Build and consume APIs for mobile and web applications, including third-party API integrations (e.g, Meta, Google).

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges with optimized solutions.

- Manage server infrastructure on Linux systems and cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Google Cloud.

- Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Work with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development tasks with business objectives.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.

- Strong command of React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building modern, interactive web applications.

- Experience with server management on Linux and cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control systems.

- Hands-on experience with API development and integration of third-party APIs.

- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Strapi.

- Knowledge of GraphQL and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and related tools.

- Exposure to DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines.

Educational Qualification :

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
