Technical Lead - PHP Frameworks (8-13 yrs)

Job Overview :

As a PHP Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions as part of our Software Engineering Group. Working alongside a team of talented technologists, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software and applications. This position offers the opportunity to share knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Analysis : Work closely with Business Analysts or Business Users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical deliverables.

- Development & Testing : Drive end-to-end software development, including coding, unit testing, and deployment of robust and scalable solutions.

- Database Management : Leverage advanced database development strategies to meet functional requirements, including data consolidation, migration, and scripting.

- Collaboration : Partner with high-performing teams across the organization to achieve shared objectives.

- Support Activities : Manage day-to-day tasks related to database operations, ensuring seamless application performance and availability.

Qualifications and Skills :

Educational Background : BE/B.tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.

Experience :

- 8+ years of programming experience, with expertise in PHP.

- Strong technical knowledge in PHP (Core PHP, Laravel) and relational databases such as MySQL.

- Proven experience transitioning from PHP to modern front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or full-stack environments like Node.js.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.

- Hands-on experience with the MEAN/MERN stack is an added advantage.
