Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Head with strong expertise in Marketing, Designing Software, and innovative Creative Thinking. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance creative and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the creative direction for all Marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns using designing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize and innovate creative and marketing processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging and high-quality content across various digital platforms.
• Generate and implement fresh, creative ideas that align with brand objectives and market trends.
• Manage and mentor a creative team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Creative Head role within Marketing.
• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong ability to think creatively and strategically to drive marketing efforts.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence in the context of marketing and creative processes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
