Marketing Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator with experience in the real
estate industry to join our team. he successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, services, and the company brand. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams, agents, and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and drive lead generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties, including online listings, brochures, virtual tours, signage, and social media posts.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and interacting with potential buyers and clients.
• Email Campaigns: Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to target leads, potential clients, and past customers, keeping them informed of new listings, open houses, and market trends.
• Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content for property listings, website, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Market Research: Conduct research on local and regional real estate markets to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Assist in the creation of lead-generation strategies and track the performance of marketing campaigns to drive inbound inquiries.
• Branding: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
• Event Coordination: Plan and promote open houses, virtual tours, and community events to attract potential buyers and agents.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and work with vendors to maximize ROI for advertising and promotions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of all marketing initiatives using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and lead conversions. Generate monthly reports to share insights and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing software).

Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
