General Manager - Design Management

Vatika Group is hiring for the post of General Manager - Design Management

Location :- Gurgaon

Experience Required :- 13 - 17 Years.

Job Description:-

Development and origination of design concepts, analyze and resolve associated technical problems, code compliance, conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates and assist in both long range and short term strategic planning, and manpower planning

Establish a project team incorporating all associated aspects and areas of responsibilities required

Develop preliminary design concepts through drawings, specifications, renderings and models

Investigate alternatives and perform value engineering throughout design process

Develop detailed engineering, create bid packages, including finalized drawings, specifications, soil test data and/or other related information

Secure all permits, licensed, and approvals from external authorities and agencies as required

Secure firm quotations and review for compliance

Prepare the ECA for each project complete with all necessary information required to judge economic benefits of a particular project

Develop current to future state architecture road maps

Use appropriate design techniques and methodologies to translate project requirements into detailed designs.

Develop and lead the design process for various building types, including residential, commercial, and institutional projects

Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications

Collaborate with project managers to establish project goals, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during the construction process

Ensure that all projects meet legal and regulatory requirements

Mentor junior architects and support staff
