Deputy General Manager Planning & Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Design Management:
   
• Lead the master planning, urban design, and architectural aspects of various real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Develop project vision and design strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, and internal teams.
2. Team & Consultant Management:
   
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, planners, and external consultants to deliver high-quality designs.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and constructability.
3. Project Development:
   
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client and internal approvals.
• Ensure designs meet functional requirements, cost targets, and sustainability goals.
4. Regulatory & Compliance:
   
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, development regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
5. Quality Control & Value Engineering:
   
• Conduct design reviews at various stages of the project to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Implement value engineering processes to optimize cost without compromising design integrity.
6. Sustainability & Innovation:
   
• Promote the use of sustainable and green building practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in architecture, smart city development, and building technologies..
