Facility Executive

The Facility Executive will be responsible for the overall maintenance, operations, and safety of commercial and residential properties. This role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Facility Maintenance & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, housekeeping) are functioning efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

✅ Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, AMC contracts, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and negotiate cost-effective contracts.

✅ Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to fire safety, security, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and local building codes.

✅ Housekeeping & Waste Management

• Supervise housekeeping and janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Implement waste disposal and recycling programs.

✅ Client & Resident Coordination

• Address complaints and service requests from residents, tenants, and office occupants.
• Ensure quick resolution of facility-related issues to maintain satisfaction.

✅ Budget & Cost Control

• Assist in preparing and managing the facility management budget.
• Monitor expenses and optimize resources for cost efficiency.
