Senior Architect - Design/Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from concept development to project completion for commercial and hotel ventures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, inspiring junior team members to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Min 6- years years of proven experience in commercial and hotel projects, showcasing an impressive portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective team coordination and client interaction.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, aiming to incorporate eco-friendly elements into projects.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex design challenges creatively.
• Proven ability to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
