Role & responsibilities
He should be a B.Tech ( Civil ) with 20 plus years of experience in Contract Management
Should be a good communicator and have strong negotiation skills
Prepare Tenders - Create bids to help bring in new business
Develop proposals - Present project proposals
Negotiate terms - Discuss, draft, review and negotiate contract terms
Manage Budgets - Estimate budgets and timescales
Manage schedules - Oversee construction schedules
Monitor progress - Attend site meetings to monitor progress
Ensure Compliances - Ensure contract meet legal and company standards
Manage risks - Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project
